Submit your Project Management Service or Software to PM-Sherpa.com

So you have a Project Management Service or Software that is the be-all, end-all and puts these other guys to shame? By all means then let’s tell the world about your better mousetrap so they can beat a path to your door!

To submit your project management solution to PM-Sherpa, please send an email to submissions@pm-sherpa.com with this spreadsheet containing the following information:

  • Name - The name of your solution.
  • Website - The URL for your solution’s website.
  • Tagline - The positioning statement for your solution between thirty (30) and sixty (60) characters long.
  • Description - The description of your solution between 372 and 384 characters long. Do NOT embellish, just the facts.
  • Promotional Text - The promotional text about your solution between 492 and 512 characters long. Tell the world why your solution is the best thing since sliced bread.
  • Marketing Manager - The name, title, email and phone # of person responsible for marketing/advertising your solution.
  • Company & Website - The name of the company that the offers your solution, and the company’s website if it differs from the solution’s website.
  • President/CEO/COO - The name and email for the President/CEO/COO of the company offering your solution.
  • Attributes for Hosted Solutions -
    • Free-Plan - Does your solution offer a free plan at the basic-level? (Explicitly mention if your solution a fully-free hosted service.)
  • Attributes for All Solutions -
    • Deployment - Is your solution web-based or installed on the desktop?
    • Open Source - Is your solution downloadable source code licensed via one of the valid open-source licenses?
    • Free-Trail - Does your solution offer a free trial or demo and if so for how many days?
    • CRM - Does your solution provide sufficient CRM functionality that most customers meet their CRM using your solution?
    • API - Can your solution be automated by programmers via an API?
    • Enterprise-capable - Can and is your solution being used by Fortune 1000 and/or multi-national companies at a full enterprise-level? This means you provide implementation services and support in addition to your solution. If yes provide three (3) client references that use your solution at an enterprise level. Now everyone chasing the almighty dollar wants to think their solution is enterprise ready but do not claim your solution is Enterprise-capable unless it truly is otherwise we’ll know that we’ll have to take everything you tell us with huge grains of salt.
  • Suggestions - Give us any suggestions as to how we might improve PM-Sherpa for users of the site and/or marketers of Project Management Solutions.
